You can still go to "check my visa application status", and it still looks the same.  The way I knew case complete had happened for mine is that it changed from "submit required documents" to "AT NVC"

Oooohh ours says At NVC on the top right hand corner. I wonder if that means CC. they told my wife on Friday that they were probably reviewing it that day so fingers crossed

How do we know that our interview has been schedule from the Ceac website?

Thanks :)

that one I don't think you can check.  Most people get their interview date when they get their P4 letter, or some call ahead of then and ask if its been scheduled yet.  (I can't speak from personal experience as my interview got an expedite so the embassy did mine, then sent me my P4 letter with my appt date on it)

I see mine as AT NVC, but I dont think it is complete. I am only on Week 5. You see it only if your proceed through DS 260 option on CAEC website.

The case status section on the CAEC website still shows under maintenance. So I guess you got to wait until they have completely updated the website.

Hi everyone .. This is a great website to get the information about the documents we need to submit and its good to see there are other people like me who are waiting to get together with their loved ones.

My i-130 got approved on 03/13/2017. NVC received it on 04/26/2017 but they haven't given my wife a case number yet. She will call NVC again on monday n hopefully we will get the case number and the invoice ID.

What are the steps i need to follow after NVC gives me the case number and the invoice ID.

Another question is that I am a british citizen (beneficiary) living in England. I have applied for my UK police certificate. I moved to UK when i was 21. So do i need a police certificate from india as well ?? If Someone can help please ... thanks

Yes, you do require PCC from India as well. You might want to contact Indian passport office to figure out how to obtain one. If you were Indian citizen, you just apply for PCC on passport service website and schedule a meeting. I'm not sure about how you can get one.

how long has EP been taking these days?

The average seems to be two weeks. If you haven't emailed your docs already there's a new procedure for Canadian's. You upload them to the ceac site now, not email.
