Some were helpful and went the extra mile while others just read from the script.  Just keep calling and be persistent.  Also submit case inquiry.  My case was approved a week later after doing so.

Hi! For anyone that has spoken with a tier 2 official, how did you get case information from them? I called today and asked to speak with a tier 2 and was transferred.  I had to leave a message and 2 1/2 hrs later I received a call back but she didn't help any. She simply told me that potomac is processing Feb 20 2017 and I have to realize it will be 2-3 months before they get to April cases. I tried pressing for more information stating that cases with dates closes to mine and after have been approved. She said well lucky them. We are talking about your case and if anything changes you will be notified by mail.  Soooooo disappointing :(

Unfortunately, this is what they are usually trained to say based on information in front of them on the screen. While we are well aware with the fact that the processing time table is valid (or reliable if anything) as of 08/31 so I definitely think they are at least processing April with some may approvals started to surface. You should be hearing something very soon.

what are the next steps?

Hey, what additional docs you provided other than marriage certificate to show bona fide marriage? I provided 2 affidavits from friends that they attended my wedding, I couldn't produce any other listed documentation for I-130. I'm hoping this will be enough and they won't send me a RFE

Been a few weeks..hopefully nvc receives my case soon. Seems like it depends on what service center is transferring the case ...some approvals after mine are at nvc already.

I noticed cases from TSC take more time to get to NVC. By the way, we have the same approval date. I called TSC yesterday and they still don't have it.
