Just use that one you see on the website. Since they added this form into the new I-129F they don't have a newer one. But since you are using the old I-129F they still need it. That form date is within your application date so you will be fine :)

Thank you so much i already fill the the form and signed and dated today's dated I'm going to send tomorrow priority i need my approval soon thank you for your help i really appreciated

Usually they have everything "waiting" for the updated form. So I could imagine the whole packet will stay together until you get your new form in. But if you worry than maybe send another photo. I don't think its necessary though.

Thank.you so much for your help i have a big relief now

@Orit.d         the timeline is fine... hes talking about your profile where it says "case filed at" that's a different section. no biggie anyways as they use the timeline info for stats here.

Correct.  Sorry about that.  The timeline is correct.  I did't look that far.  Thanks for the clarification.

The general advice is not to send them anything they didn't ask for, so I'm sure your photo was fine or they would have listed that too.

Glad it's an easy fix :D

Don't feel bad, just know you are doing everything possible to fix it ASAP :)

And about how long from now... hard to tell. It's been barely a week for some people while others have been waiting for over a month. Hopefully something in between and no more than a couple weeks, but who knows

Holy cow guys.    We finally got APPROVED.   8/28 is our approval date. It's been nearly 30 days since we replied to the rfe....ive been so down thinking it wouldn't happen I have No idea what to do now?!    Help

Congratulations!!!  Things are starting to get into your court now.  Start getting all the rest of the paperwork together.  DS-160, Police Certificates, Financial records, prepare for scheduling medical... Now you have to wait for NVC.  I believe that is about a month, give or take.  Not a bad idea to be able to hit the ground running when the NVC approves you!!!

Hi there everyone! Long time lurker, first time caller. I'm Kait... my fiancé Shane (from Ireland) and I also filed our i-29F in March. My case was received 3/16 and my date of notice was 3/21 at the CSC....... And that's the last time I heard any helpful update at all.

I called USCIS about 5 minutes ago and they told me they were working on cases received on or before February 1st, so I'm still "well within the acceptable window."

Judging by the amount of people in this forum who've received their NOA2s and beyond (congrats!), I'm thinking that's less than accurate.

Any advice for further steps to take? Is this all a bad sign? I've got a million self-doubts, and it's just so tough waiting when you can't do anything!

Since when did NVC go to a month?  Please don't say that :(  also I have heard mixed reviews on police reports as to who needs them and from where ?!   He needs a police report from his home country?

The new forms for the K1 and AOS have added the biographical information so the G325A is not needed anymore, so that's probably why they didn't upload and update the version of the form.

If that's what they provide when you go to the USCIS website, then use that one and don't worry. They always tell you have to go to their website for the newest version, so that's what you did... it just happens there's no newer version :)

@mayra and dan You filed your petition prior to the expiration of this form, so your NOA1 date is before this date -  Long story short, @Estibaliz is correct  Use that form

If you are asked for new passport pics, send them too and check for the requirements (white background, 2x2, etc, etc)
