I passed my interview yesterday 1 March 2017 and I gave them all the papers which need but the consular who did the last interview he asked a hard question and I answered normal but in the end he told me that I Will give ur case back to the USA and gave me back my passport and the pictures but they kept the affidavit of support and my certificate of birth and non marriage ,police record ,the medical exam and gave paper that 221g says ur case under administrative processing.

I need answer I'm soo confused .

Agreed with above. Even with a denial they generally keep a lot of the documentation.

You need to full explain what the CO said after the interview. If they said the case will return to the US and denied... then it was a denial it sounds like.

It sounds like a recommendation for denial. It will likely sit in AP for a while then the I-129F gets sent back to USCIS. Once an I-129F goes back to USCIS, it will sit there until it expires (they don't re-affirm or even look at returned I-129Fs....long reason but it's generally actually a good thing for most filers IMHO).

Yes, you can do another I-129F then K-1. That's really the only way to have USCIS look at the reason why the previous attempt was denied, but you would have to wait out AP (and maybe the expiration too?) first. That said, typically the issue here is the CO doesn't believe the relationship is legitimate and/or you won't marry in the US within the 90 days.

Algeria's embassy is fairly high fraud. What evidence of a relationship was provided when you submitted your I-129F? How many times have you met in person, and for how long?

It honestly might be better to get married then go for a CR-1/IR-1 visa and provide lots of evidence of a bona fide marriage. Additional in-person visits would help too.

It is but I would truly consider a CR1 instead.  It shows a stronger intent and commitment.

Give it 30 days.  Then contact the embassy and inquire about a final decision.  Possibly involved your petitioners congressman.

Where was your petitioner born?  Do they have a USA passport?

If they can file for a K1, they can use the same documentation to file CR1.

You asked who to give the ticket and other papers he said no which u gave is enough??

Something is not sounding right here.
