Unfortunately yes, unless you file for a waiver which shows that your spouse IS NOT a threat to the national security and also shows hardship to your spouse if the visa is not granted.. Where to file and how.. I don’t know.

I contacted CAIR. You can find their info online. They told me they're unsure of everything right now but said there's a very very slight chance that those who interviewed already and already approved won't have problems. But again, they said they're not sure and they will call me back. Call them, they can help you.

Nothing is clear at this point, but one thing I'm sure about is, this time is COMPLETE SHUTDOWN meaning,  spouses, childern, parents...etc are included in the travel Ban. when the first travel ban was issued back in February , the NVC, and USCIS  are all stopped processing cases from the 7 countries.

So how can we apply for a waiver?

https://pennstatelaw.psu.edu/sites/default/files/WaiverDocFinal_0.pdf

the waiver process is not out yet, and you cannot just apply for it, the officer who's doing the interview will decide if you're eligible for a waiver (see the ten categories who eligible for the waiver), they might ask you to provide for some documents to support your eligibility for the waiver.. Honestly nothing is clear yet.. But please whoever find any information please updates us.
