So update from me I finally got the mail. It's a request for more evidence.  Stuff that we don't really have lol.

Applied: 12/3/2020

Received: 12/18/2020

Approved & Shipped: 1/11/2021

Just got another update: "My Card Was Mailed To Me"

 

Does anybody know how to check the address where it's going to? I submited a address change request last year, but I want to make sure.

Naturalization (on basis of military service)

 

10/2/2020 - Mailed paper application to military specific Chicago Lockbox.

10/19/2020 - Case "received and accepted" according to the online tracker.

10/21/2020 - Text/letter receipt received.

08/11/2021 - Interview scheduled: Sept 14th.

09/14/2021 - Interview + Oath at the Montgomery Office.

 

I-130 (for my spouse)

 

09/23/2021 - Filed online.

09/29/2021 - Received receipt letter for I-130.

09/30/2021 - Filed I-129F through the mail.

10/12/2021 - Received receipt letter for I-129F.

12/17/2021 - AR Status change.

01/12/2022 - I-130 Approved.

01/13/2022 - I-129F Denied.

USCIS is going through some system maintenance and they are scheduled one over the Sunday. I believe its a system glitch nothing else.

just now I received the approval letter dated 2/28/2018 yupiiii... it came straight from VCS not local office...

I would call and ask what address they have! But if you made an account at the website you can see if they recieved your request to change the address

Send a letter with explanation what you don't have. You can send the evidence you gathered since filing for ROC and include the previous one too, Good luck.

Yeah, we will explain it in a letter. They say to not send copies of documents previously submitted. Thanks!

call Uscis on Monday and ask for a level 2 representative and tell them that you want to make sure about your address and ask them for a tracking number too.. I will call on Monday too to ask about the tracking number

Hush am so worried about that too becus we didnt have much evidence. We have 2 yr old togther i hope that will make a big difference. I really dont kno what theh2 expect frm us  in a the space of two yr
