Looks like a 4-5 months wait. I'm waiting on my noa2 from them as we speak, I'm a January 2017 filer.

I've seen people that filed in October and December update their timeline in January and February 2017 with NOA2 approval.

I am a September filer for Cr1 visa. My case was transferred this month to Potomac from Nebraska. They seem to be faster because they process less application than California, Texas and Nebraska. Again, we are talking about the United States Government Agency, I'd like to set the expectation a bit low to avoid getting frustrated with wait time. Good luck to y'all.

Lol, that is too funny, but true.  I was also a September filer originally at Nebraska and was transferred to Potomac recently.  They transferred quite a few from Nebraska due to backlog.  I remain hopeful....
