1) I am the beneficiary - used to study/work in California. I am back in my home country, going thru the K1 Visa process.
How do I get a police clearance report from where I lived in CA (orange county)?
Is this usually achievable online (seeing as I can't enter the US right now, I won't be able to get this report in person)?
OR would my fiance (petitioner) be able to get the report for me in person?

2) I had just gotten a tuberculosis test from my school (California) 7 months ago. I passed it, the school issued a letter stating that I'm all good and clear. I have this letter with me in person.
Due to some special circumstances, I am now back in my home country and going thru the K1 process.
Question is, will I be able to use the results of this TB test towards the medical examination? I would like to avoid retaking the TB test as I don't like getting poked/prodded/injected with unnecessary things into my body. It would also be nice to save that extra money for the TB test but mainly it is because I don't want to put myself thru unnecessary health exam(s).

I've only just sent out the I-129F packet so I am in the early stages but I am trying to prepare for what is coming up so that as soon as I get the approval to move forward I can act immediately.
I think I'm only able to get these things (police report + medical) when I get the official letter, but I just want this information prior so I can do research on where I would have to go, and things of that nature.

Any advice from those who have been thru this would be wonderful. Thank you in advance!

You don't need police records or anything like that from the USA. Only from every other country you used to live in for more than 6 months from age 16.

1) You don't need the US police records, as they can access them easily.

2) No, you will have to go through the examination as per your local panel physicians requirements. Your medical must also be unexpired at the time of US entry, and your visa will only be valid for 6 months following the completion of your medical exam. The only thing you don't need a do-over for is vaccines that you can document having taken earlier.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

I agree with what other members told you. I just want to add one thing which that some people might not be aware of...Just by taking a TB test that comes out negative does not mean you are all free and clear. This is the case with my fiance. TB test was negative, but in one of the X-RAYS she took, there was a small haze on the upper side of the lung. Even thought this was in the US Embassy in Singapore, they requested to have more tests which included blood and culture tests. Culture test took one month to come back with results which were all negative. This whole issue delayed my fiance Visa process by almost three months between the time the embassy too to request the tests, emails, submitting tests from the hospital that did the blood culture tests to the clinic etc...her visa was issued on January 13th...This seems to be an issue with some Filipinos. I am not saying this is the case with you, but just be prepared.
