my earliest filing date is first week of December. I mailed it on 01/17 and after 2 weeks no NOA1 or check cashed. I assume I made an error. And voila, they sent back my application. I received it on 02/02, mailed it the next day via Priority Mail Express next day delivery.

why did they send it back ?

Sorry to bother with this but I have a maybe stupid question: while we have to wait a few more days until we can send the request in, (12) we are pretty much done with everything and just need to sign it.

Is it OK to fill out everything and sign it with today's date and then send it in 12 days or should we just fill it out the day we will actually send it in ?

As we have some busy weeks ahead, it would be great to really be done with it and just go to the post office with it. :-) But maybe the date it's signed on has to be close to the date we will send it in ?

Hi Guys and Good Luck Everyone!  We will be filing sometime towards the end of the month.  Right now I'm hung up on filling out the I-751 form.  I'm confused about Part 7 and Part 8 of the Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center section.  Do we type our names in this section or sign?  I understand that we both need to sign at 6a of Part 7 & 8 but not clear on what to do with biometrics appointment section.  I've read the instructions and I'm still confused.

I've also searched throughout the forum to try to understand what a USCIS Online Account Number is.  Is there a way to find out if you have one?  If you don't know, do you leave it blank or do you write None?  If you write None and you have one is that possibly a problem?  Thanks!

We are also curious if we write with pen NA or all zeros on areas of the petition for the ROC? I remember following the NA and zeros for the I130 petition. I just want to make sure we are doing everything correctly the first time.

1. i sent the original and kept a copy cause i really dont see the use of keeping the original. (if i need an original i'll just ask my friends to sign a new one)
2 your husband got a letter from his company? i'd keep the original and send a copy . no need for the actual policies, just summary showing you as the beneficiary.

3 the ARN is the number on your green card

4 the online account number, i've no idea what that is. i left it blank.

Thanks for your answer. I have another question. Should I leave blank the online account number or write " none"?? also when I don't have any child, the children section should be left blank or N/A in all parts?

i left it blank, i don't think it makes any difference.

regarding the children, i read online some people write N/A and some people leave it blank, so i think it also doesn't make any difference.

In my case i left it blank as well.
