I think he means that case completed email received 9th July 2018. Because the email said that the case was completed and be in queue of waiting for interview schedule.

I have question regarding when applying biometrics on ustraveldocs website.

for f3 category while applying for biometrics appointment there is an option to choose for immigrant iv visa class.

which visa class i need to select

there is f3 and f31

i need to select f3 or f31 for principal applicant??

My sister profile hasn't still got removed I just change her status from (ACCOMPANY) to (FOLLOW TO JOIN). After which I was able to submit civil documents.
It was simple mistake, I had I known before 6 days wouldn't have been wasted.

Thanks for the reply I hope they take 9 days to review our case also,as our priority date might get current in July Bulletin.

What is the difference between ACCOMPANY to FOLLOW TO JOIN? Where I can find it? And how can one change it? My status is - documents have been cleared and waiting for IL.

Visa bulletin for September is out. F1 and F3 is retrogressed.

Retrogression only affect cases have interview in September (which PD is after the cut off date in table A of September visa bulletin).

For cases have interview in August, there is no problem at all.

However, if they do not pass the interview and they submit the missing documents after September 1, they may have to wait until October (when their PD is current), to get a visa.
