Hi everyone,i have a question, when my file is open is necessary to live petitioner in US at the time of processing,or they can do process from india also.my PD is feb 2007.

I beg to differ on this... keep in mind this is family visa which means family reunion visa..if you your family is already in india , than why you want to go to US.

There r no written rules but I am sure Visa officer will give u trouble...   I will suggest ur petitioner to be in US at least some time before visa.

F4 - India - PD - 23rd March 2003

- Received COA 14th May 2015

- Received Visa and reached to US in Feb 2016

I am applying for an F3 and my interview location will be London UK, my priority date is April 2006, and I became documentarily qualified on the 18th of July. I  am still  waiting for an interview date in London.. Can anyone tell me if they have already received an interview date in London , or know someone with a case completion date (documentarily qualified) after the 18th July that has one?

Does anyone know what the longest interval is for an interview in London? I have been waiting 2 months since case completion.

Hello all

I am applying for an F3 and my interview location will be London UK, my priority date is 17 April 2006, and I became documentarily qualified on the 18th of July. It has now been 2 months and I am still  waiting for an interview date in London. Can anyone tell me if they have already received an interview date in London , or know someone with a case completion date (documentarily qualified) after the 18th July that has one?

I have called the NVC numerous times and they have not been very helpful

I recommend that u email ur embassy and inquiry about ur case.... I do believe however , that embassies around the globe r waiting on the new fiscal year to begin that's when they will issue immigrant visas. . The ecac website will not change unless another action is taken on ur case... I will update the min I hear something. .. good luck. .

Hi, my Pd is June 2007, and I noticed that the Oct visa bulletin for filling date is now on Jan 2007. Please I want to understand what filling date means.

Wilsub. .

Filling date means when u can begin the process on ur case.. like ... receive welcome letter from nvc to begin ur 6 steps before ur interview.. In a few months time ..hang in there. .
