Oh, that was a debt/GDP chart? I thought IT was a picture you made to try and blame the Current debt  Situation on Reagan and Bush.

     The chart was clearly labelled. If you don't understand the chart, what is your basis for taking issue with it?

  Perhaps it doesn't make sense to 'tune out' just because someone says surplus. What has been posted after that is correct. It's been a runaway debt train since the Reagan administration. Incidentally, the national debt almost tripled during Reagan's two terms. Reaganomics indeed.
