He leído un blog de alguien que emigró hace un tiempo (de Filipinas) y puesto que ella no tenía registro de sus vacunas (que es mi caso) se le pidió que mostrar marcas en su cuerpo que demuestra que tiene las vacunas o cicatrices que había dejado atrás desde cuando llegó la varicela. Ya que ella no tiene ningún marcas o cicatrices del dr decidió que necesitaba para obtener la toma. Experiencias de este tipo sería muy útil, sólo para tener una idea de qué tipo de fotos que podría verse obligado a conseguir.

 

La página de la Embajada de Estados Unidos en mi país dice en promedio cuánto se puede gastar en la medicina, pero también poner los precios de las vacunas y si añado todos los que la lista CDC dice que se requieren para los inmigrantes que obtener una muy grande ¡número! Más grande que el de la página web de la embajada nos sugiere. Es por eso que quería escuchar las experiencias de otras personas. Si ustedes no les importa compartir algunos detalles como estos que estaría siempre agradecido. Sé precio definitivamente variará

Probably not as long as some.  We got case complete on January 11th.  I'm just impatient.  The end seems so close yet so far now.

I called NVC earlier to ask about an interview date.  Still nothing.  The rep told me to call back in 2 weeks.  2 WEEKS!!  LOL.  Ummmm......no.  I'll be calling back later today.  Give us the date already....

I gave up calling. I went from weekly to biweekly, and now monthly. I've almost forgotten we've been waiting...lol! Its frustrating and even worse when no one can tell you what month you'll be scheduled,  or at least tell you anything comforting.

They cannot give you a date if they don't have one!

They can only schedule what the embassy tells them! If they don't have the go for times of interviews from the embassy they can't give one..

Met 6/21/15 Online

Married since February 29th 2016 In the Netherlands (Where she is from)

6/12/16 - Preparing to send packet to USCIS

6/27/16 - Sent Package to Chicago lock-box via UPS

7/5/16 - NOA1 Text/Email / sent to Potomac (Hardcopy 7/10/16)

8/3/16 - NOA 2 I-130 Approved! Case sent to NVC! (Hardcopy 8/6/16)

8/19/16 to 9/4/16 - Visited wife for two weeks in NL. =}

9/1/16 - NVC Case and invoice # received. (Email) Finished DS260 and Paid AOS Fee.

9/8/16 - IV Fee Paid!

9/16/16 - DS260 Finished!

9/27/16 - Sent Documents to NVC.

11/21/16 - Called NVC. Case reviewed and accepted on 11/18. Waiting for email/mail.

11/28/16 - Got Email stating we are now waiting for an interview spot!

12/11/16 - Got the interview date! 1/12/17!

1/12/17 - ...ACCEPTED SHE IS NOW WAITING FOR HER PASSPORT IN THE MAIL! =]

1/18/17 - Passport and visa in her hands! We now wait till 2/24 for her to fly to me! (Has to finish work contract)

2/24/17 - She is now here with me! POE was simple,she only took 10 minutes with them checking her visa! "Welcome to America,missus"

3/15/17 - SSN Card Received.

4/10/17 - Greencard Received.

 

Preparing I-751 (ROC)

11/26/18 - I-751 Prepared and mailed out.

11/27/18 - UPS Confirmed Delivery at 10:30AM

12/3/18 - Checks cashed and got Email/Text With Receipt #

01/3/19 - Extension letter received.

It could be because of the Trump's executive order delaying internal processes? Just guessing. Hopefully everyone waiting for interview gets their date soon. Good luck!

Good luck!  Agree - nervousness is expected. 

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

 

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Hey Fatima, I am doing the process for my husband but he is here in the states with me and we are planning on traveling together to El Salvador whenever we get an interview scheduled.  Have you tired calling the medical facilities that are listed on the approved list where the medical exam is to take place?  I am planning on doing that so that way if we can get the vaccinations here rather then pay over in El Salvador.
