I used the site that was on my post. the regular site without a login still shows transferred. I got the approval letter in the mail today.

Tells me 60 days is the wait for the GC to be printed and mailed.

I didn't apply for the N400 yet. I spoke with an officer last week in the office and he told me it takes 1 year to complete the N400 in phx

Hi, I was wonder did you get your card yet? Since you got approved like 2 weeks ago? Thanks!

I am a Jan 2017 filer. My case got transfered to NSC on 4/10/18. I did receive a hard-copy letter notifying of the transfer. I just got a status change to "We are producing your card and will mail it to you" a few days ago. I haven't receive any hard-copy letter on approval.

USCIS  status tracking is so crazy lately, so I don't know I should celebrate or brace for another false status.

Well, hello my fellow January 2017 Filers...I haven't been on this thread in a while so I figured I would chime in now because today marks the third anniversary of the day I became a permanent resident.  I apologize in advance for this long winded post, but I need to vent it somewhere where people understand.

I filed my I-751 on January 18, 2017.  Haven't really begun stressing about it until recently, though.  I filed my N-400 on February 2, 2018, walked in for biometrics on February 21, and got the "glitch" notice on February 26th about the I-751 case transfer.  I went to Saint Paul back in October for a stamp in my passport because with the nature of my job, I had the window of opportunity and didn't want to have to chance it later.

I've been surfing around between threads here on VJ and, as we all know by now, there is no rhyme or reason to USCIS processes.  I did submit a service request in on April 6 (the glitch message said to submit one if I didn't receive a letter by March 28th). On April 22 I got a basic generic message telling me that my case is within their processing times, and that they are currently working on September 19, 2017 applications, they will contact me if they need more info, they thank me for my patience, blah blah......      I know, I shouldn't have expected anything different.

I am not one to stress on stuff I have no control over, but this whole thing is starting to wear me down.  I have a lot of health issues going on with my parents, they are not doing great.  The company I work for is being liquidated - I have found a new job, more stress.  A recent death in my family had blown a huge rift in relationships, and my husband is rarely home because of his job.  I won't bore you with any more.  I think that all of this is amplifying the stress of the immigration path, and the wait is becoming more of a weight added on top of everything else.

On a more positive note, I got my bi-weekly email from USCIS saying they are still reviewing my case, and that I don't have to do anything, blah blah......

Thank you to those who read this through. I guess VJ has been a sort of anonymous friend for so long that I feel safe venting my frustration here.  I get to the point where I am just done, but in the long run what can you do?  Gotta let it go and roll with it, right?  Today is another day, and tomorrow will be yet another.  Thanks for giving me the space to vent folks. Much love and good luck to all.

I can relate. Been having some health issues myself. My dad also (he's in his 70s). Just found out last month my wife is pregnant with our second child (yay) but it's likely to be challenging and stressful (first one was emergency c-section).

I changed job recently and am liking it but before that had to deal with a difficult co-worker and all the office politics that entails.

Sometimes stuff just snowballs and hits all at once. The immigration process does make it harder. It's one more damn thing on top of all the normal stuff life throws at us.

It would help if USCIS could get better systems for processing applications and keeping us in the loop.

It does get better, though. I wish you a speedy approval of your N-400 so you can drop this USCIS burden once and for all (For all of us, actually).

Thank you for your kind words. I am to the point of forgetting about the whole thing and blocking it out of my mind completely (much easier said than done).  Best wishes to you as well. :)
