My case status online says that my case was transferred to a local office.

I wrote in to ask as I had not received any physical mail of the same within 30 days. Their response was that the case is still in CSC and that it is within the regular timeline.

And they also mentioned that they are adjudicating cases as of October 12th 2016.

 So hang on.

But ’tis a common proof
That lowliness is young ambition’s ladder,
Whereto the climber upward turns his face.
But when he once attains the upmost round,
He then unto the ladder turns his back,
Looks in the clouds, scorning the base degrees
By which he did ascend.

I haven't filed it yet, I still want to get some more paper work together.

I had an appointment last week in Phoenix and the guy told me it is 1 year for the N400 in their office. He was super friendly and helpful. Told me all about my case

Hi what are the requirements to apply for n400?

These are pretty good guides for the requirements:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/naturalization_guide

http://www.visajourney.com/content/naturalization_requirements

Basically, you have to maintain continuous permanent residence in the US for five years from the date your green card is approved (technically you can send the application in from 90 days before the anniversary date).

However, if your green card is based on marriage to a US Citizen, (and since you posted here I'm guessing yes) you can apply after three years. The US Citizen you are married to must have been a citizen for the entire three year period, and you should also have applied for removal of conditions from the 2 year conditional permanent residence green card (adjustment of status) or have had the conditions removed and received a ten year green card.

You can still apply for N-400 even if you have a pending application to remove conditions from your green card.

The I-751 will be adjudicated first, usually (but not always) at the same interview as the naturalization one.
