So i was able to schedule an infopass appointment through my phone but then after i got done, I wasn't able to print the confirmation letter so i decided to open my laptop and just access it through there. The problem is, it won't let me manage my appointment where i can reprint my confirmation letter for the infopass appointment. It always just says "There was an issue with your request. Please try again."

Does anyone know how will i able to access it? or if not, will they let me in the appointment without the confirmation letter? Please help! Thanks!

You have to have the appointment letter and I believe it says it's the only time the confirmation will be shown (or smth like that). But isn't it in your phones downloaded files?

Unfortunately, nothing got downloaded on my phone. I expected to receive the confirmation on my email but i didn't know they don't email it. Now i have no way on accessing my appointment because I didn't take note of the confirmation and pin number. And they won't let me make a new appointment because i have to cancel the previous appointment. I don't know what to do! This is so frustrating! :crying::crying::crying:

You should call the USCIS customer service number because I believe you won't be able to find the local office phone number.

Or you can just go to the infopass without the notice as long as you are certain that you do have an appointment.

You can explain to them in the office and the guard/front desk should be able to print out your appointment notice from their computer.

But if you want to be safe, just call them to cancel this one then schedule another one.

Hi, I m facing the same issue. I cancelled the appointment on 7,9 and 13 th of this February just because of this problem and lucky enough I was that today again I got the appointment but the problem persists as same.  I could not down load PDF version or print the appointment letter. I have a concern that this appointment date is just couple days away from the last date of my one year extension letter which is compelling me not to cancel the appointment .The good thing is that I wrote the confirmation and PIN number before try to print it.Do you think they will accept me with confirmation and PIN number to take care of my appointment and let me see the immigration officer for one year extention stamp on my passport if every thing goes well other than this issue?
