@Michael2017Hello, everyone my police clearance from Bangladesh is going to over 1 year in the coming March 12. If I get my interview after march 12.. will I need a new police clearance  certificate from Bangladesh? I am not living in Bangladesh anymore..I am living in Canada since 2015..my police clearance from Canada is up to date

If you have not lived (and preferable visited Bangladesh) since your last PC was issued, you will not need a new one.

I applied I-130 for my husband but I have zero income .Should I use my family members as joint sponsor in I-864 form.Need suggestion

i-485 filed on  AUG 2018

 

I have few questions

 

What does NOA1 and NOA 2 mean  .. i see this mentioned in the forum

Anyone who is a USC or LPR and over the age of 18 can be your Joint Sponsor.

Is it necessary for the petitioner to file tax return for this case (f2a spouse)??

You said the petitioner has no income, so tax returns are not necessary.  The petitioner will need to send a signed letter stating the petitioner had no income and was therefore not required to file tax returns.
