If you have not lived (and preferable visited Bangladesh) since your last PC was issued, you will not need a new one.

i have received a approved EAD confirmation today.. by text and online status

 

I-130 FILED ON DEC 2016

 

i-485 filed on  AUG 2018

 

I have few questions

 

What does NOA1 and NOA 2 mean  .. i see this mentioned in the forum 

 

did anyone  during this time frame receive an interview letter ??

Anyone who is a USC or LPR and over the age of 18 can be your Joint Sponsor.

Is it necessary for the petitioner to file tax return for this case (f2a spouse)??

You said the petitioner has no income, so tax returns are not necessary.  The petitioner will need to send a signed letter stating the petitioner had no income and was therefore not required to file tax returns.
