I see. What country? We passed electronically so this is a sad news. But still hoping for the best. For our country we didnt have issue of late IL received. Well none from people i know.. hopefully. Lets hope for the best

Everything was by mail not electronic..

Thanks for the info .When did you receive ur IL letter? Friends from India received their IL on last Friday. i think the system went down on Monday this week.

@Saria the system went down this week whereas people who recieved IL letters last week didnt face any issues electronically. Hopefully when the system is up we will also get the IL
