Hi Everyone:

I had my interview at Philippines US Embassy manila last November 14,on November 15 my status changed to "Administrative Processing but just yesterday when I checked my status at CEAC it went back to "READY" ready for interview status.I'm little bit worried because recently here lot of refused cases I heard. Please share if you have same case status before getting your "ISSUED" status.

Ours went straight to "Issued"; but a lot of people have said that going to "ready" means "issued is next. It is almost random.

Did they say approved at the interview? Keep your passport?

mine went from AP to ready and back and forth a few time to issued. It just means that they are working on it. Did they tell you that you had been approved and keep your passport ? if so Hold tight you will see issued soon.

Yes they keep my passport .interview went so smoothly .the consul didn't ask anything from me.any doc from my petitioner...even look at our pics.

The consul just handed me a white pamphlet with 911 no.to call 911 for any domestic violence there.

Yep, my partner received the same documents. And he was not asked to provide anything either to the embassy at all.

You were approved then I would guess.

Just relax and be patient. We were approved on November 8th, he just picked up his visa at 2go this morning the 18th. CEAC went to "Issued" status for us on the 14th. So be patient, it will get processed.

Good luck!

If they kept your passport and didn't indicate any problems with your documents then you are approved and the processing of your visa begins.

Just about everyone gets these status changes and is VERY normal. Based on the discussions I had with the case officer he informed me of the steps for Embassy Manila:

the first AP is the immigration unit doing the paperwork for approving the visa

the first ready is a notice that they are finished and the paperwork is being sent for visa issuance

the second AP is the visa issuance people doing their own paperwork

the second ready is that the visa has been issued and is currently being processed for delivery

Then "issue" is posted and the visa has left the BIG house to YOUR house.

Once you get that second ready, it should be sent out within a few days, although we received our visa before any of the various websites that allow you to look up the status said that it had been sent out.

Relax. At this point you should be planning and having going away gatherings with friends and family. It's all good from here out.

How things are done here in the Philippines, will be different than for your country.  You may want to ask your question on the forum for your country.
