I hope they will start on November petitions soon. My patience starts to run out after almost 6 months of waiting. I know i am not the only one waiting this long..but aaarrrghhhh..

11/21/16 I-130 Received by USCIS

11/28/16 Check Cashed

11/28/16 NOA1 E-Notification (11/22/16 Notice Date-Sent to Texas Service Center-SRC)

12/02/16 NOA1 Hard copy received

02/17/17 I-130 Approved (NOA2)

03/17/17 Received DS-261 / AOS Bill 

03/17/17 Submitted DS-261

03/21/17 Received IV Bill

04/09/17 Paid AOS Bill
04/11/17 Paid IV Bill

21 November 2016 - I-130 sent to USCIS Chicago Lockbox 

22 November 2016 I-130 received at Nebraska Service Center

25 November - NOA1 received in the mail

???? - NOA 2 via e-mail, app and USCIS website

????- NOA 2 received in the mail 

????- Case Was Sent to Department of State

Hello all, we are still waiting for ours. It will be 5 months as of tomorrow from our priority date. I actually just called USCIS but they aren't the most helpful as we know. The woman on the phone stated that going off the January processing times that we 'should be getting close'. Though I'm not clear as from what I'm understanding more updated processing times are updated online. But the processing times website is not user friendly. She stated that we can also submit an inquiry in a month and a half based of these processing times, since this is still within the normal time frame. So we wait and cross our fingers, and continue to check the case status hourly....please keep us all updated on your case status from Nebraska office! I'm eager for news from others!

It's hard waiting sooo long! I guess I won't start worrying until after at least 6 1/2 months.....

I don't follow the website's dates. Look at the timeline data here is much more resourceful and also encouraging!

I agree it is very hard! Especially being apart for so long! The timeline here is easier to understand, so we will keep waiting and hopefully get it before the next month! Best of luck to you!

And to you too!!! It's a little more bearable when there are others who are feeling your pain! LOL

DH keeps telling me to come over for just a week...and I keep telling him no, we should wait to at least get the I-130 approved before spending money traveling!!

It's been over 5 months for us as well. Once we hit 6 months I will call. According to info here thru my timeline we could be adjudicated May 15-25.

Finally Nebraska is getting closer to November. Did anyone get transfered from November? 

October should be done quick since there were some transfers as well.
