I think you need to wait when it's outside their posted processing time, otherwise they would just respond another excuse of "within the posted processing time...etc.." .  If they're interviewing some January filers, probably those cases have already cleared BC before yours.  On my case though, I'm over 90 days outside the processing time of my local FO (in a different State), although Level 2 told me my status is "in-line" when I called Nov. 24 but until now still waiting for interview letter.  I filed 2 SR online due to outside processing time but didn't help anything at all, no clear response.

thank you. Yes, I better wait. Do you know when you had your background check completed?

So happy for you! ...and encouraged for me.  It's been over a year (filed in November 2016) so still hoping for that special Christmas gift for an interview appointment. Good to know about not getting the text or email, they must be rushing to try to get caught up. Prayers for Dallas!

My status finally changed to interview scheduled! Don't have the date yet.

Congratulations.. Finally you got it.. Happy for you. Hoping for vicky to get one soon!

I also received few more emails and txt messages, that they have scheduled me for oath and a letter has been sent out. Will update once i receive the date. I hope it's at the Irving office and not at the Dallas court house.

Thanks @vegasbound, unfortunately the Memphis uscis office realized that I moved and now Atlanta has jurisdiction so my interview was canceled and my case file was sent to the Atlanta office on the 14th, I have an infopass scheduled for the 29th at the Atlanta office if I don't get a new interview notice by then. It's all good nothing before the right time. 😀

So after waiting for a while I got my Atlanta office Naturalization interview letter. My interview is scheduled for Feb 14th. I know I'll be one of the last Nov 2016 filers but better late than never :D
