I had my interview October 21 2016 and the consular gave me 221g and he said will call you i know that bad but what can i do now and if that means 100% denied

Thank you but how long the people wait in Like this situation and also i noticed something the consular didn't ask me to show him the pictures or chats or any proof and i tried to showed him but ke kept never doesn't care... I think my case was hard that's why or what?

Impossible to say how long it will take, depends why you are in AP amongst other things.

That's why I'm confused because he didn't tell me why i'm on AP

I know my case wasn't strong because i met my fiancee only one time within 2 years and she spent with me only 6 days but i was trying to keep optimistic all the time but after the interview i know we have no chance anymore except start in CR1 visa

Ok, usually they keep the passport if they're anticipating to approve the visa but not always.

The 221(g) letter you got should state the reason for the denial. What does it actually say?

AP means that they need more time to review your case. There is no definite amount of time needed and the reasons can be anything. Best to wait it out.

If you decide to withdraw the petition, or it does end up getting denied, have the petitioner send a letter and email to USCIS and formally ask for a withdrawl of the petition.

Then you, or the beneficiary must travel and meet and get married.

Then the petitioner can file for the CR-1.

Hopefully it gets approved and you do not have to go that route and start all over. Best of luck.
