My RFE was scanned by the NVC on 14/09. I've been readying about the famous 3 n/a that usually indicates the case has been completed. Where would you normally see those?

Go to the ceac.state.gov an click on the DS-261, Online Choice of Address and Agent

You are looking for the AOS to change from PAID to N/A thats the 3rd N/A

I was wondering about this as well, good to know.

They should have a fee to expedite this stuff... they would be able to hire more people easily and not rely on funding from the government... I've been waiting for almost a year now

When i login to the ceac.state.gov , i dont see 3 n/a but i called and spoke to a agent saying my case is complete and i got a emailing saying is completed too ..

Electronic filers and other visa classes like F2A don't see the 3rd N/A.

in my case, the AOS fee is still PAID, no 3rd N/a and my case is complete

though mine is case complete with checklist, maybe thats why

I sent my package in march..but received 2 checklists the last one had a scan date of aug 11 and my case completed on oct 11 after goin through supervisor review

Send my package on aug 15 they got it on the 19 ( Called nvc on 22nd to confirm they have it ) the next day i got a email saying i have 2 checklist . called and ask what was it about(send the missing doucments) and was told to be put on supervisor review after 6 week Case complete

Probably because your Visa type. Hey the 3 N/A's isn;t an exact science. NVC doesn't even know about it.

it is a VJ discovery, just like we are able to tell which scan dates NVC is looking at via everyone's contribution to the spreadsheet.

i just checked again and saw 3rd n/a
