hello guys! k1 filer here.

my fiancée has been put in AP until we can come up with a joint sponsor. I have a friend who said she is willing to help however she is wondering if it will affect her plan to file a cr1 for her husband. she knows the struggle of immigration, but wants assurance before being able to help. how can I find information about whether previous sponsorship of an imigrant (or technically a non immigrant in the case of a k1)will negatively affect future petitioning? thanks in advance guys!

Her household count would be one person bigger when filling out the affidavit for her husband.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

She has to meet sure that her income could meet the poverty requirement to support your fiancée and her husband in the future.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
