My scan date is also Spet 12 I called yesterday and got an answer that was so unhelpful after waiting a half hour. ( see above). Everyone seems to be getting better answers over the phone. Im scared to put it on supervisor review but if its possible it inly takes two days I can deal with that! Im getting anxious seeing that a lot of people with scn dates after ours were already approved.

Yeah. I've heard so much from the nvc when I call that isn't true. It's a different story depending on who you speak to. The lady on the phone said that she expected my case to be reviewed soon but also said it could take up to 6 weeks. It's seems like there's nothing you can do but wait!

True. I'm hoping at the very least to get Case complete at 7 weeks like you did. That will be next Monday. We'll see!

Looks like they are definitely moving a a clog through...our documents were received according to USPS on 9/28 but not scanned until 10/4/2016. I'm a little surprised at that time from delivery to scan. I'm guessing they are pretty badly swamped right now. They still claim less than or equal to six weeks from that date.

I was able to eat through at lunchtime after about a 20 minute wait. The gentleman was quite friendly. However, the phone system did randomly hang up on me twice before that.

I hope the process speeds up for you. I called NVC today becuse I'm at 6 weeks. I got a lady who was talking to someone at her side about bloody noses, when I explained the 6 weeks and whats the status she said "Ma'am, you have to wait weeks for them to look through the mail. 6 weeks for sept 12 is Wednesday" I assured her it was today. She offered a supervisor review but I declined. I'll just wait this out but I'm definitely calling tomorrow. I saw someone with scan date sept 13 approved last week.

Wishing for a CC for you by the end of the week, at least! I don't know what calendar would put your six weeks for tomorrow! Your six weeks were definitely up Monday. My six weeks are up Thursday and I am hoping that my agent wasn't just kind to get me off the phone.

Good luck hopefully the supervisor review speeds up your process. Please update us when you get your results which I pray to be CC by Monday.

My scan date was Sept 27th and I'm still waiting. I called and was told to check with them after the 6 weeks from scan date which will be around November 8th. I hope to get CC before then because Nairobi Kenya embassy interview schedule is about 3 months on average.

I was wrong. They received it 10/3 and scanned it 10/4. That means at least the scanning part of the operation is moving quickly. Sorry, I looked up the wrong tracking number from USPS. LOL
