is this what needs to be filled out at the seminar? or this is only for the k1 visa?

*found this on google*

Can't help you there. You have absolutely no information about the visa you are chasing nor your country. Since you ended up here I can only assume that you are 1CR and processing through the Philippines.

Here is where you will begin the process for registration: http://www.cfo.gov.ph/gcp.html

OK 1st - As a K-1 you attend GCP not PDOS. You can complete the online form (it is needed after the seminar for getting the sticker), you will also complete a form upon arrival at CFO. You need to make your appointment online for GCP at CFO. Forget about the form you found on *google*, even it is the same form still used by CFO.

Here is a helpful link for CFO: http://visaconnection-philippines.com/index.php/2-visa-process/5-cfo-gcp-seminar

Have your fiance email you a copy of HIS G-325A as it will have many answers. Plus read the link

Maiden name would be single name. Have your fiancee email you a copy of HIS G-325A (from filing the I-129F petition) that will have most of the info you need, including his mother's maiden name

Hi im the beneficiary and my wife is my the petitioner (Us citizen/ former filipino citizen). I have my visa (CR1) and passport on hand. I havent been to cfo and i made an appointment. tomorrow will be my first time going there. When i made my an appointment this is what showed up PAGE ONE of REGISTRATION LOOKS LIKE THIS

Q1. Is your fiancé(e) / spouse / partner a foreign national? (Y) (N)

Q2. Is your fiancé(e) / spouse / partner a former Filipino citizen? (Y) (N)

Q3. What is the citizenship of your fiancé(e) / spouse / partner?

Q4. Do you have an immigrant / spouse / fiancé(e) / partners visa?

it says that i am required to attend the gcp. i don't know if i made the right appointment? what is the difference between pdos and gcp? do i need to attend both? i made an appointment fo gcp and its tomorrow. but didn't make an appointment for pdos.
