my case got completed last week. I don't have an ID. Is it ok to do medical next month?

SLEC does ask for copies of the interview confirmation letter from NVC, do read the requirements for completing the medical: http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs

Pre-register online at the SLEC website to save time the first morning. No need to show up super early, unless you like standing in line, arrive about an hour after they open and you can walk right in ;)

My husband had his medical last week. He brought his ID and passport along with confirmation of interview date and completed ds260. When he made his interview date the lady told him when to go for his medical.

I love my husband ?‍?‍?

It never said st Luke's only or I wouldn't of shared my experience at all
