I dont want to go into detail. A family member of mine under went brain surgery yesterday. It lasted over 6 hours and now she is in ICU. The doctors will be preforming another surgery in 48 hours on the other part of the brain. I am thankful that God Illuminates doctores to do what they do, for if it where not for them through the will of God many people would give up on life.

January 2006: Waiting

February: Waiting..Contacted Congress

March 4th: APPROVED

March 17th: NVC posted file to London

March 20th: London Receives file

March 29th: Receive package 3

April 13th: London Receives package

April 19th: Medical - June 13th: INTERVIEW......APPROVED!!!!

June 20th: ARRIVE IN USA

Time taken for whole process 9 Months

October: 13th: Sent off AOS Package

November 3rd: NOA1

November 14th: Snail mail ~ NOA1 ~ Case moved to the CSC for faster processing.

November 14th : CSC has petition for me and my daughter.

December 14th: Biometrics completed.

January 17th: APPROVED AOS!

January 22nd: Green card arrives in the mail:))

Time taken for AOS - 3.5 Months

Finished for 2 years.

My daughter's brother-in-law had two brain surgeries to remove non-malignant tumors. My family was very thankful that all went well so we pray that you experience the same.

If I were you, thank the doctors. They deserve much more credit than giving god credit.

That really depends how you believe and isn't for you to decide. You can have your thoughts on it, of course, but it would have been nice if it had not been stated as a fact, but rather as the opinion that it is. You again remind me of someone I once knew here.... ;)

Anyway, dip sticks....thinking of you and your family member...sorry, not meaning to get your thread off on a tangent...I just thought that comment was inappropriate, and try as I might I couldn't ignore it! sorry....take care, M.
