my wife i864 for the petitioner household size is 5

my joint sponsor household size is 4


5 PLUS 4 EQUAL 9 THE TOTAL HOUSEHOLD SIZE

AND FROM THE CHART FOR THE HOUSEHOLD SIZE I NEED A JOINT SPONSOR WHO MAKE AT LEAST 56320 DOLLARS ANNUAL INCOME ?\

AM I CORRECT ???

No. The joint sponsor needs to make enough money for their own household count plus one (you, the intending immigrant).

So in this case the joint sponsor needs to make enough money for 5.

The USC petitioner/sponsor submits their I-864 and supporting documents. They count only those in their own household size plus immigrant on their I-864.

A joint sponsor fills out their own separate I-864 and supplies their supporting documents and what is required of a joint sponsor. Read through the I-864 instructions carefully. The joint sponsor counts only those in their household size plus the immigrant.

A joint sponsor does not combine their income or households together with that of the primary petitioner/sponsor.
