3 weeks from interview and Still no visa!!!

My fiancé had his interview on the first and was told the passport would be delivered in a week. It's been almost 3 weeks now and still no passport. The CEAC website says it's in AP and case was created 9/15.

We are in Jamaica. Has anyone else had a similar problem??

That is embassy specific so unfortunately I can't say but people from that embassy will know. Otherwise look at timelines from the embassy and you can see it there also.

Thanks! I've been looking at other timelines and everyone else got theirs in 2 weeks max! There's one couple that had their interview the day before us and they got the passport back last week ?

K-1 in JA is in AP from 4-6 weeks rgardless of what IO tells u. Once it changes to issued, it takes a week to get it.

Unfortunately, I'm in the same situation here in jamaica. Was told that the visa would be ready in 2wks. Today would be the mark of 2wks and ceac just updated my case to Administrative Processing just yesterday.
