130 Approved last week but no NVC sent text

Some are sent quickly (ours was sent two working days after USCIS approval) and some take a month to be sent. No one knows why. Keep checking the status on the USCIS website. No point calling because they see exactly the same as you see on the website.

After a month I would call and ask to speak to Tier 2 if you are still waiting.

I know everyone starts NVC but I havent received information about my case being sent to NVC yet. It seems others are getting their stuff sent within a few days. USCIS guy was very rude and didnt say much

My case was approved by USCIS 3 weeks ago and they still haven't sent our case. Try to be patient. The government works at their own pace.
