I would ask in the NVC filers area whether anyone's had that request recently--or in your regional forum.

Does Montreal list the W2s in their country-specific requirements? I guess we can never predict what the embassies might ask for, but the NVC is pretty specific. Thanks for the info.

If it were me, I wouldn't delay sending in packages while waiting for the W2s.

No you don't need them for those years. You are only required to present the most recent years of tax return transcripts. The other two are optional so I wouldn't worry about the w2 at all.

I won't. I do have the most recent w2 and three years of transcripts. I just the w2 for the other two years. But I won't delay my packages anyway. Just waiting for my aos payment to final and for her to get a benefiarcy Id because we didn't get one on our letters and once she does the ds260 I'll send them in

So we just finshed doing choice of agent and paid the aos fee. Waiting for IV fee to show up and then the ds260

On the email I got it says to send proof of marriage in the checklist it comes with. Do I really need to send everything agian? Im sending my tax transcripts of last three years,affradavit of support and my recent paystubs for proof of employement.

My bad not to send proof but it's on the check list. It does not say anywhere to send it.. Just I can check it off

You have to send everything again,..however at this point (NVC) they only want copies,..except for the affidavit of support, it as to be a signed original. it is always smart to have copies of everything, and if you have to order some originals, order more than one. The number of documents you have to send is ridiculous, but it is what it is. Nothing we can do about it if we want to live with our loved one.

Yeah I'll resend what I sent the USISC I did make a copy of everything I sent so it shouldn't be too hard if I'm missing just one or something. My wife has a complete copy of my USISC packet too in Europe so. It won't be hard it's just I figured USISC says they think our realtgionahip is close enough to being real that the nvc would just take there word xD

You don't need the beneficiary ID for anything, you also do not need to wait until you do the DS-260 to send the packages, once you have the AOS barcoded sheet you can send your IV and AOS package.

NVC does not process your application in the same way USCIS does, all they do is make sure you have everything you should to send to the embassy and that your I-864 is complete and you meet the poverty guidelines. So you do not need to resend evidence of ongoing bona-fide relationship to NVC they haven't even requested it. You can send NEW things but DO NOT SEND THE SAME THINGS you have already sent, what you sent to USCIS will go to NVC.

All you need for DS-260 are Case number and Invoice ID.

Do i need to submit my birth certificate again or no because the USISC took a copy of that?

Beneficiary birth certificate copy is needed at NVC. Affidavit of support and fonancial documents are needed at NVC. Neither of those should have gone to the USCIS

But I realize all they need from me is the financial documents. I just gotta remember the checklist is standard and they don't need that from me >< I have her birth certificate police report and copy of her bio page on passport
