  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us
  • Sent documents to NVC: April 11, 2016
  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:

7/05/16 - Case was sent to The Department of State

7/25/16 - Received case #

7/26/16 - Received bills

7/28/16 - Paid bills

8/02/16 - DS-260 complete

8/04/16 - Scan Date

8/30/16 - NVC "Case Complete"

9/28/16 - Received interview date - 11/7/16

10/12/16 - Medical exam

10/17/16 - Received medical exam results

11/7/16 - Interview scheduled

They should be scheduling for November this week.. You should hear something in few days.

Finally, all 3 cases complete and being forwarded to the embassy in San Jose.

anyone have experience with expedited cases at San Jose? Timeline for interview?

Tuesday - embassy interview

Wednesday - administrative processing

Thursday - issued and collected from Aramex

My interview was like a formality and verification of all my documents. Good luck to all!

Congratulations. So happy it went smoothly.

My mom and my Son's interview was today morning and they were both approved. Thanks VJ members for ur support and good luck to those still preparing for interviews. I wish u all the best.
