Hey all,

We are trying to make the Medical appointment for my Fiances visa, and so far, it appears that they are none until two days AFTER our scheduled interview!!!

Low key freaking out, can't lie!

Does anyone have any recent experience with this issue? I am afraid that his visa will be delayed for a long time and I am curious to know, from others who had to return to the embassy a few days after their visa interview to hand in their medical results, how long did it take you to receive the visa once the results were handed in?

Does anyone recommend, or advise against, trying to change the interview date (currently sept 14th),

Thank you so much!

If you reschedule, there might not be another interview date for month or two later.. France is a big country.. there might be more embassies.. Maybe you can try getting a medical appointment at a different approved place if possible.. it might be far from where you live but they might have slots available before your interview date

I think (someone should confirm) that you can go to your interview without your medical. You obviously won't get approved right away (you will be "pre approved" contingent on the fact that you fulfill the medical requirements) and they will ask you to send them your medical results when you have them, after which they will make the ultimate decision.

It might be a better option than rescheduling to god knows when your interview.

Best way is to reschedule the interview date...that way you won't be in AP review. if the interview approve you won't get visa until medical come in for them to review..You don't want case sit on someone desk waits for review...

So reschedule is the best way...that is just my opinion
