We're filling out the G-325A and my girlfriend's father passed away a few years ago. Do we put "deceased" in the country of residence column or leave it blank or what? He passed away in Venezuela but lived most of his life in Belgium. I don't know if that's relevant but I figured it can't hurt.

Yes, just put 'Deceased' there.

Thank you! Also, where it says "Applican'ts address outside of United States" I know I have to leave it blank but does she fill in this month and year or can she write present?

I also have the same question for the employment boxes. I'm working 2 jobs but the dates don't allow overlap.

She can either list the address again there, or put 'Same as Above'.

If working 2 jobs and they are both current, just list one going through the current month and year and the other for the one through present.

I'm now filling out the I-129F and her address is a bit confusing. She lives in an apartment and her apartment is 8A but the box they receive mail is just 8. Them both being 8 is just a coincidence though. She could have box 11 or something. Would I list the 8A under the physical and 8 under mailing? Also, would I use the "apt" option to indicate the word "box"? Sorry for all the questions lol

I've already booked my flight for a future trip. Should I include the confirmation under "proof of ongoing relationship" for the I-129f packet?

Forgot about the mail box. Her apartment is 8A and that is what you should put there, for the exact reason you wrote.. the box is not directly related to her apartment number.

You cannot put evidence of something that is to happen in the future. Use that evidence for later on, at the interview stage,

For her mailing address I manually wrote in "Box 8" and then for the physical address I clicked "apt" and then typed in "8A". I compared it to a PO Box in the United States, because they're separate. Does this sound ok?

And thank you for the advice about the future ticket. That makes sense and I'll use it for later.

Is this "box" physically located anywhere other than her physical address, the same way a PO BOX is? If the answer to my question is NO, then I would only use the APT 8A; because evidently this is something related to the way their postal office delivers mail, period.

A PO Box is not located in the same address, it's actually located at the postal office and it's something that you pay for.

You could add it like this, like a second part of the address.

SOandSo St. Apt 8A

Box 8

Brussels, Belgium 456456

I sent it off with box 8 before I saw your reply but I really think it'll be ok. In everything I've sent her it's always been

123 Example St

Box 8

Brussels (postal code)

Belgium

She lives in an apartment building and inside on the floor level is the mail boxes for the residents. Since it asked for mailing address and I've never had to put her apt # I wrote it as I would send her something. But I did put the apartment in the physical address.
