Dont stress till you get the letter. It may be as simple as a missing signature. No matter what it is they will tell you exactly what they want.

Good luck hang in there

Did your 485 status change to when they received your RFE response?

I sure hope so....my "received date" was July 27th. I'm hoping any day now.....

I did, however, reply to an RFE on Oct. 1st. They received the RFE on Oct. 3rd. Do you think this will slow down the approval process

a whole lot? I responded quickly. I had to send the reply to Homeland Security in Lee's Summit, MO.

Look at my signature, I got RFIE on 9/17 and they received them 9/27.

I hope to get an update on my EAD soon. I know when you get RFIE, it will reset your EAD timeline. The 75 days from initial received date does not apply anymore. They will count it from the received date of RFIE.

You got a second bio apt as well?

When did your 485 status changed to "rfe received"?

I did services request twice and basically it replied back that i'm within processing guideline and to wait 90 days from rfe received.

Hi Everyone!

I would like to ask if everyone of you submitted the I-693 Sealed Medical Examination from Civil Surgeon?

Because we did not submitted that form for AOS Application and I am worried that we may have RFE because of this.

I am K1 visa holder but with annotation of medical as Class B1.

Should we accomplish the I-693 form now or should we wait until we received RFE?

Thanks in advance for your response!

Seriously?? Oh noooo. Hopefully it shouldn't make a big difference at this point. Does this mean I might to wait until December or later??

I think that I will call them at the end of this week. It shouldn't take this long, especially with a quick reply. I can see it being delayed a little, but

this would be ridiculous.

Same here...F-1 visa and bio fee was accepted 17 August.

When I called this afternoon, tier 2 was closed due to high call volume (probably after federal holiday). Tier 1 support let me know that my case was sent to the local field office ... for us that is St Paul, MN. She said they are currently working on cases from Dec 02 2015! I do not think the tier 1 support is well informed calling in tomorrow morning to be able to talk to tier 2. My understanding is the bio appointments are only made out of one office on the east coast and should be within 2-3 weeks after NOAs.
