Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

If I'm not mistaken, I've read in other threads of 2 members receiving their mail notification of NOA2 before their online notification changed. Maybe something is up with the website....

I think the supervisor needs to check the documents for those who have complicated application. Is that might be the problem. I hope all of us will be approve until mid ocotber. What about july fillers are they good to go?

i think most of july filers have gotten noa2 ,it seems there waiting till wednesday now to release updates or am i the only one seeing that?

How long does it take to NVC to receive the documents. It will take time I guess.

2 months I give. After 2 months you will hear something from them.

Also did you guys saw it. Last year 10/19/2015 NOA1 and 11/05/2015 NOA2 wowww that is super fast. We are very slow if you consider with last year 2015???????

I THINK THERES Some problem there? Thats why they stopped or maybe they will do bunch of files together...what say? I didnt see anh approval from yesterday? Or today

So now our petition made it to the NVC. Will call tonight to see if they have a case number assigned to it yet.

9/08/16- Petition Approved

9/27/16- NVC received packet

9/28/16- Case Number assigned

9/30/16- Left NVC to Dhaka

10/04/16- Embassy in Dhaka received petition

10/12/16- Received packet 4

11/01/16- Medical Exam completed

11/28/16- Interview in Dhaka

11/28/16- 221 (g) Green Slip given

02/06/17- Visa Denied

 

CR-1 Process

04/24/17- Getting Married

05/22/17- Mail in I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

5/24/14- Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox & Priority number given (Nebraska)
