Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

I can't believe it. My fiancée she just got the text our petition was approved. I'm excited can't wait for the next part of the process.

Hoping my NOA2 is coming soon based on the other early August filers. NOA1 received 8/17/16!!!!

Hi guys

I have a feeling either this week or next will be August approval...Hopes we all get NOA2 very very soon...Last night I saw one August 5th approval. So, we know that they start working on August.


Also, July filer, already almost 50% approval according to Igor List. I checked the app, July is approved mostly up to 22nd.

I-129F sent August 6th 2016

NOA1 Received August 8th 2016

Approved October 11th 2016

Hard Copy NOA2 Received October 17th 2016

NVC Received October 25th 2016

NVC Case Assign October 26th 2016

Left NVC October 31st

Paid Visa Fees November 1st 2016

Embassy Received November 4th 2016

Packet 3 Received November 11th 2016

Medical December 12th 2016

Interview December 21st 2016

Visa In Hand??

POE Houston ????

Hopes being together by Christmas :):)

Hi guys

go to setting and add your case and get update notice on similar case within +-month or +-3days

Uscis case tracker, you can track all case back from anywhere, see case number and their status with approval date.

But careful, not to exceed 2500 search, otherwise it will lock you IP

welcome to the club=) your noa1 is close to mine hope to get noa2 by october.november ,should be possible the way there going now with 40 plus days approvals

Very hard to wait :'( it feels like ages to me just waiting I hope so till end of septembee or first week of october.

8/01/16- USCIS received packet

9/08/16- Petition Approved

9/27/16- NVC received packet

9/28/16- Case Number assigned

9/30/16- Left NVC to Dhaka

10/04/16- Embassy in Dhaka received petition

10/12/16- Received packet 4

11/01/16- Medical Exam completed

11/28/16- Interview in Dhaka

11/28/16- 221 (g) Green Slip given

02/06/17- Visa Denied

 

CR-1 Process

04/24/17- Getting Married

05/22/17- Mail in I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

5/24/14- Delivered to Phoenix Lockbox & Priority number given (Nebraska)
