So I finally got through...I have called 4 times before and they always said my scan date was July 18th but today suddenly they said my scan date was July 19th? Also, it has not been reviewed. Their excuses are laughable.

I called the NVC (again) and this time, "Leigha" told me that my cases should be reviewed by Friday. She instructed me to call back Friday to check, and if the cases have not been reviewed to ask for a supervisor review. She told me that once the wait time is outside of the 6 week guideline that a supervisor has to go and review the case. I'm worried that if I ask for the supervisor that we will have to wait another 6 weeks. Anyone else get this type of response? What should I do Friday if the cases are still waiting to be reviewed?

Check USCIS website using your receipt number for status. Usually in 2 weeks USCIS will send your petition to NVC.

Since you are waiting at this point, please read the instruction in the very first post of this thread. It is very valuable and will get you through NVC faster. Gather all required documents as applicable to your case and send it to NVC as soon as you pay AOS fee.

Hello Everyone!

Just wanted to share the latest development of my case. So last Friday I decided to write an letter of request to NVC to expedite our case mine (cr1) and my boys (cr2) . My main reason was, my husband was in the military few years ago and was diagnosed with depression and these period of waiting has triggered it more, sad to say. Second reason, was our children, after having received or approval last May, we decided to put off the enrollment just to save expenses. I prayed before sending the letter. (L)

August 29 , I got an email stating that they have received my request and is "under review" ; Just now August 30th I received an email, stating that :

The US Embassy Consulate General has accepted this case for expedited processing. This file will be immediately forward to the USEM/Consulate General.

Any further questions concerning processing or the interview appointment date should be directed to the US Embassy or Consulate General

The USEM may still request additional forms or fees at the time of your interview. Please be prepared to bring any missing forms and pay any required fees at the time of your interview.

Please note that it could take up to two weeks for the consular section to receive the case file once it has shipped from the NVC.

I'm so thankful and grateful for the ideas and knowledge this community has freely shared. (L)(L)(L)

Will be calling NVC tomorrow, when I wake up to ask what's the next step or thing I should do as I checked the website I still don't have the 3 N/A's.

I just paid IV fee.

Is DS-260 form available to fill out right after IV fee appears as PAID?

Yes after the IV changes to PAID the DS-260 will be available for the beneficiary to fill out.

That's good news you don't need to call NVC they already forward your case to US Embassy Philippines, what you need to do is to check your visa status after 3 days if its says " Ready " it means they already received it. Then you can go now to https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ and create your profile then if you see there's an open slot for interview you can pick that date that's what I did on mine. Right now I didn't see any open slot for Sept. but I was able to schedule my children's interview on Sept. 23. Once you have your interview date confirmation then you can go and do your medical at SLEC.

Passport pics are not needed for NVC, you will not get a checklist for not sending them. The wiki need to be updated.
