Bonde Fide Relationship, but living apart

My plan is to get married in the states, then she'll return home and we'll start the visa process.

However we're not going to do the wedding ceremony for almost a year, actually around when the CR1 would be completing.

Then she would relocate to be with me.

I visit her very often.

I was looking at evidence of proof and a lot of the suggestions were things related to living together or in the same country.

Will this be an issue?

We have plenty of photos, and with family.

Can have family from both sides write letters.

Have tons of receipts from flights.

I know all this would be good for a K1, but they're suppose to want more for the CR1.

Just want to make sure I don't run into a road block since there's still plenty of time to prepare.

Not an issue, they don't expect things like financial co-mingling if you are living apart. And of course you are living apart, that is why she is applying for a visa Meeting lots is great evidence.

Thanks, that's a relief.

On average I'm lucky enough to visit every two weeks.

I'd imagine, the cost and trouble would make it very obvious it's legit.
