Yall been doing a great job lately and your responses have been much more friendly and less condescending.

I ask as a learning tool. How do we know what post and what kind of comments not to make ? Do you inbox the offending party?

This question might silently disappear like one of mine did.

Eta the comment removed at the top of this page was pretty whacky;)

So you remember every comment. Honestly I don't. I always wondered if it was me, but I rarely say anything out of line , so I guess not My goal as the middle of the road guys, is to bridge gaps and try to make the fringe from both sides realize all opinions matter.

Missed the juicy stuff again. Rats.

So you are as clueless as I am about what not to next time.

It's hardly the only one, I have no desire to waste my time looking up BLM ####### to share here. Then why repeat posting about it over and over again? I saw what happened after during and after Ferguson; I live 30 min away from Ferguson. I have seen the media coverage of the "peaceful" protests, as well as the looting that has been done just because a few people want to get even. Sure, it isn't always indicitive of the intent of ALL members, thank you, that's a start to acknowledge that. but it sure shows a trend, doesn't it? The trend flows with the majority not a few crazies. I mean, I have never harmed a black person in my life, but because I am white, I can "never understand". And I am automatically racist. No one is automatically racist, thoughts turn to words and then to action, your words convey lack of understanding because you refuse to listen before you speak/type.

White privilege. Racism. Blah blah blah. Yeah, I am sick and tired of hearing about it.Why ? And why be on a mission to do just that if you are tired of it ? When slavery was a part of America's history, my ancestors were not even in this country. My family never had a thing to do with slaves. In fact, they escaped a communist country to come to the US for their freedom. They found it, embraced it, and none of us today are trying to make anyone feel guilty, nor are we trying to change the norm in this country (this last more refers to what I see where muslims come here, talk about how offended they are by our culture, and want US to change. Why even come here, if you find it such an evil place to live?) Now that it's gone, people are trying to make me feel guilty for what happened over a hundred years ago.It is up to you to allow yourself to feel guilty or not. I don't feel guilty and still hear the voices calling for equality and have empathy for anyone who feels oppressed as a minority. Meanwhile, where is the outrage over the millions of people who are kept as slaves TODAY in other parts of the world? Why no outcry for the hundreds of thousands of blacks who are beaten and made to live like animals in other countries? I live in this country and I have work to do right here which doesn't exclude to fight for rights of enslaved people in other countries. Start a thread about it and we will be in support of it if it speaks

against oppression and slavery. Where is that thread of yours bringing it up ? I agree with you on why do people come here to live if they don't like the culture

then they should go where they do like it. That's for any immigrant, why even mention Muslims.

If I moved to a foreign country, I would be the minority, and if I chose to stay there, I would have to accept that fact. I agree. would have to understand that I would never truly "fit in" with the locals, that I would forever be an outcast due to my skin color alone. No, that is unacceptable and I would work to better it. It's no different anywhere in the world. People tend to stick together with others like them.I don't. Diversity rocks.Try it, you'll like it. It's a simple fact of survival. Albino animals are killed or kicked out of the herd to perish alone. We aren't animals and live to a higher standard, we have evolved, please try to evolve also.Want to try your hand at seeing how tough life can be? Try being white, and living in Africa. Talk about RACISM!! People there live in fear of their lives for "walking while white" (this is actual fear of real death, not the kind some like to rant about, just because they feel they are treated unfairly). Guess what? I choose NOT to put my family nor myself in that situation, so I live where I fit in. I have been to different countries in West Africa and been welcomed with open arms and that was where rebels walked the streets after a bloody war.

And while we're on the subject, I'm tired of black Americans self-identifying as African American, when they have never even visited Africa, and their relatives going back over 100 years never lived there, either. This is a free country and people have the right to identify how they please, it's not up to you.Ask them why and listen and you would get it some day. They are black Americans. The same as white Americans, only in smaller numbers. I encourage ANY black American to go visit Africa. Stay for six months or so, and see how well you fit in over there. I suspect that they would come back here and realize they didn't have it nearly so bad as they thought they did. That doesn't mean they should remain oppressed here just because it's not a rosy life elsewhere.

If America was all that terrible, then why do so many millions of people risk their lives, savings, their ALL to get here? Because they think money grows on trees and the streets are paved with gold, takes a while to let reality sink in when they do get here. If you don't like your neighbors, move. If you don't like the city you move in, move. If you hate your state, move. If you feel persecuted or unsafe in America, then move to a place where you are NOT the minority any longer. Give it a try. If you find it to your liking, stay. If not, move on. Or go back to where/what you had before, but were too narrow minded to appreciate it.

Why run away when the place where someone decides to live can be improved upon ? Why accept status quo ? You can run and hide or work on improvement.

All Lives Matter. Indeed they do, however this is about black lives for once due to a long history of oppression. And I am not a racist for saying it.I agree you are not. It's reality. Treat others like you wish to be treated, and all will be well.Yes sir massa I will never go to the big house again. But too many want to take, not give or share, so guess what? There will NEVER be peace on earth, nor good will towards men. We as humans are too darn selfish to get along that well. But we have the intelligence to overcome, to accept, to understand; if only we want to. Free will to do it or not. That's one of the things that made America great, and the most sought-after country to emigrate to.You could start to do your part by trying to just listen, hang with

some black people and get to know them (not just that one proverbial black friend) and put yourself into their shoes with an open heart, open mind and

will to stop fighting against better things to come for all.Dare to immerse yourself into the black culture and experience part of it and understand it a bit better.

Take an African studies or art class, go visit a black church, try out a drum and dance class, whatever floats your boat, immerse yourself. Diversity is a beautiful thing that enriches your life in ways you will never imagine. That will make personalities shine as a unit and not categorize shades of skin color.

Peace out !

Not sure what that was, but I am thinking it's like the Bible we had in Sunday School. The words of God are in red

It's a habit of some of us answering long posts to break it down for people in regards to immigration advice.

I can always go back to one liners and try not to get spanked.
