Hi, I have a question and I am a i-751 july filer too CSC, l mailed my form on July 27 and my NOA was on July 29. I am a little worried since its been a month from NOA and I still did not get a schedule for biometrics. Should I need to call the CSC or does anybody is on the same boat as me? ?

I mailed my case July 15th and my NOA1 was July 18 I haven't received my Biometrics yet....so its been more than a month for me with nothing from USCIS. Lets wait Patiently hopefully we will get something in the mail this week. Look at the CSC timeline we have with other users so u will know where u stand.

Now its been a 1 1/2 wait for Biometrics. Nothing in the mail yet. And now we bought a house and we gotta move to the new home, thinking whether its a good time to change address or use the USPS auto forward service for a year, just so that nothing messes up.

I would call USCIS...

When will I be notified for a biometrics appointment?

After we review your application for completeness, within 30 days, we will send you a notice to go to the nearest USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for a biometric services appointment.

If you do not receive your biometric services appointment notice within 30 days of filing your application, please contact the Customer Contact Center at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/contactus to request assistance.

Pravi, just wanted to share my experience with changing address. I changed my address with USCIS during AOS and they sent the biometrics letter to my old address! If you really need to move, please make sure to ask USPS whether they forward email from the government, specially from USCIS.

Ok, so I have an update.

I just called USCIS on their Toll Free number, and I explained it's been now more than 30 days since I applied and haven't received a Biometric's appointment.

He put in a request and said he could assure with certainty they haven't sent me a biometric's letter. I told him I am part of a forum where other people post their dates and they are having the same issue. He said with that info he would bring it up to his supervisor to see if it's an ongoing issue.
He said the new request should take normally 15 days but could take up to 30. He said that if I don't hear back from them by Oct 1st, I should call again. But he said I am not in trouble right now at all and should just keep my eyes on incoming mail.
I strongly advice you guys to do the same and put in a call, so they can submit a request for your case too. My operator was great and very polite.

Did you speak to a tier 2 officer or just a customer service staff? Thanks for the update!

I called yesterday also, but since it has not been 30 days yet, they did not do a service request. It was a first line person. She told me that biometrics are required for each app, so it cannot be waived by a previous appt. She also said that we have not missed an appt.

Thanks for the updates, guys! What info do they need in order to get to our file? We don't have a case number yet (which is on the biometrics letter). Just wanted to make sure I have everything in front of me when I call them later today or tomorrow.

That's awesome that he's going to try to investigate the issue. Hopefully there will be more information regarding this delay. It looks like they just slowed down to a halt shortly after we received our appointment. Hopefully CSC will start picking up speed again! :(

I just had NOA1 and gave them the WAC number on the letter.

My wife called yesterday and spoke to a customer service rep. He asked for her receipt number and told her that a request was submitted by him. He also told her to call back right away to confirm that the request went through successfully, which she thought was odd.

She called back and spoke to another person. This rep didn't see the request and asked her if the first person gave her a confirmation number, which he did not. The rep told my wife that if he didn't give her a confirmation number, then that means he didn't submit a request.

The rep went ahead and submitted a request. This time, she confirmed the receipt number and date, my wife's name, A-number, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, and application form number. She also gave a confirmation number for the request.
