Hubby's ticket is booked to come for the interview in 3 weeks and my medical is going to be done on Monday...surprisingly I'm very calm. Just hoping these ticket prices drop by the time I'm ready to book...it's ridiculous how expensive a one way ticket is right now!

Hey guys, just checking in :)

Congratulations on all those CC´s, interview dates and approvals! Hope your journey will be a smooth one!

As for me, enjoying life with the hubby but still waiting for my SSN to arrive after 19 days :clock: Hope it will get here soon. I was told by the embassy i have to wait 3 weeks and then call if i haven´t recieved anything. Fingers crossed!

Greetings from Phoenix and best of luck to all of you!

Well that's a lie they told you. After 2 weeks its strongly advised to go to SS office and verify you are even in the system. We went last week after 10 days and he wasn't in system. I sure would be checking.

Gave us a letter stating " Before we can issue you a Social Security number card we must verify the documents you gave us to show your Alien status with the Federal, State or local office in the United States that issued the documents. This may take up to 4 weeks."

So for us its a request to The FED's at Border Control once they send back and verify my husband than they will issue SSN.

I'm in the same boat as you. My husbands interview is on Tuesday and I'm a nervous wreck. AP is a black hole for Islamabad embassy. I've even heard of friends who were in AP review for a year at most. It's just nerve wrecking. I pray to Allah to help us through this. ??

Yeaterday I found a lump on my right breast in my city. Doctor is thinking that is haematoma from some injury. Told me to perform biopsy ☹ im super scared.

My question is will this be a problem for my medical in mumbai for the visa?

Well that sucks... Sorry to hear that you guys ate having issues with that as well.

I've got the information from the lady at the embassy and in writing from the Social Security Administration in Baltimore so of course I thought it was legit.

Won't be able to get to the SSN office until Tuesday since I don't have a way to get there and the hubby will be off work then. The SS office nearby here in Glendale doesn't do cards so we'll have to go to the one in Phoenix to get it done.

Thanks for the heads up!

Congrats to all CC's, Interviews and approvals. 3 weeks in AP so far. Hoping and praying we'll get out soon. All the best to everyone :)

Well come back home bro. We are not going to gave up praying. Whatever the reason, the CO will call wifey to come for her visa soon. Please remember LoveinGhana and her husband and my and I as well in years. She goes in for her interview in 13 days. We are very excited. But, very nervous at the sametime. We are in need of God's favor. Stay strong bro.
