Hello. My foreign fiance and I are getting ready to send off our i-129 packet soon. I was hoping to list what we all have here in hopes that if I missed something, someone would catch it. If you would'nt mind taking a glance at what we have, it'd be very much appreciated. We chose not to go through a lawyer.

-Cover letter

-Fiance' letter of intent from petitioner

-Fiance' letter of intent from foreign fiance'

-I-129F form

-A Question 34.a addendum

-G325A form from petitioner

-G325A form from foreign fiance'

-Passport photo for petitioner taken within the 30 day limit

-Passport photo for foreign fiance' taken within the 30 day limit

-Copy of petitioner's United States birth certificate

-Brief cover letter infront of 4 pages of whatsapp communication (the first 2 pages and the last 2-there were 1224 pages of text in all)

-Copy's of boarding passes and travel itineraries

-10 color pictures, labeled, of us over the past year

-Check made payable to US Dept of Immigration

Any divorces, annulments or deaths you'll need include your official documents.

If either of you are divorced need copy of these documents / or have deceased spouse, need death certifcate

if either has a name change, need proof of how it was changed

also need cover letter saying how you met

proof you met in last two years

financee birth certificate and translation into English

they use to require copy of beneficary passport cover page and English translation but i can stand corrected on this by anyone going thru it recently

If you guys have sent each others greeting cards, flowers, gifts, mail etc...make copies of the receipts, cards, envelopes and sent them as well...I sent all that and my petition was approved yesterday. Here is a link if you don't mind you can check the way i sent my package...

You are correct, for this stage you do not need the Beneficiaries birth certificate. That will come later when you are ready for your consulate interview.

The beneficiary birth certificate is now required at this stage of the petition. My fiance sent me one and I decided to include it in the petition though it is not required. I even sent a copy that show she is free to marry as well...Am not saying you are required to send them, but I did. It did not hurt sending them.
