My case is chugging along nicely :) timeline is updated appropriately for anyone from Canada following timelines.

My case is "ready" at Montreal but I'm waiting until my trip to see my fiancé (only one week away, now!) to submit the packet 3 so we can do the DS-160 together. Not that I need to, but I'm taking it easy for now. This process takes a lot out of a person and I just need to relax for a bit.

I'll update again when I have my interview date lined up :) considering Montreal is the only place in Canada that processes K-1s, I figure it'll be a bit of a wait regardless.

How is every one doing? We r gathering documents, as we wait for case to reach embassy, says in transit when we check case status on nvc website.

On average, I think this year is moving faster then the previous ones. We actually felt like it was too fast...oops. anyway, we r both together in home country until he gets his visa then we travel back together. Good luck to those still in wait n at a distance. I can only imagine.

Same, waiting for an avalible interview date to show up. It might take a couple days or weeks. My case is still in transit also and my country doesn't allow me to bring my fiance with me to embassy. :(

I hope everyone in here will get their visa approvels. Have a nice day everyone :)

Hang in there - NOA1 June 29 although a while after your NOA1 but still waiting. Its frustrating and hard to think about but have faith it will come through.

My nao1 is 24th June and I am waiting for my nao2. Called to ask and the guy who we spoke to didn't have a clue what he was talking about. I asked what decides which service Center your app goes to. He said hang on I will ask someone and then he came back and said I don't know. It's stressful waiting.

I guess its just luck at the end of the day. Fingers crossed we'll get it in a week or two. Its really stressful and its making me anxious as well.

I waited 5 days, then called daily at 8 days it was at NVC, on day 9 I got my embassy number, I have already printed off everything I need to schedule medical and interview monday

Hi Randy,

Hoping you can advise me on the next steps for Manila. Here is what I have so far. Can you please let me know if I am missing something.

1. Get MNL# from NVC

2. Pay Visa fee at BPI

3. Fill out DS-160 (schedule interview as part of DS-160 or do you go to a website to schedule it)

4. Fill out I-134 (Evidence of Financial Support)

5. Fill out Medical questioner online at Saint Luke's prior to appointment

6. Obtain NBI clearance, CENOMAR, Birth Certificate, passport photos, proof of relationship for embassy, etc.

7. Attend Medical

8. Go for Interview at Embassy

9. Go for CFO

Am I missing anything? At what point should you schedule the interview? What should the CEAC website say before you schedule the interview? Any other advice would be of great help! Thank you so much for your time!

you have it, I would schedule the interview between steps 2 and 3, make sure you have her passport number and receipt number from BPI, you need to create a profile on USTRAVELDOCS to schedule the interview, I scheduled 5 weeks out just to be sure everything was where it needs to be, I could have gotten 2 weeks earlier. We are set for October 13, they had appointments available on the 27th and 29th of September. In the medical it is just pre-registration you need. it is first come first served no appointment needed
