I would be very suprised if she doesn't have to submit DNA: A young man, almost an adult, she never seen in the last 20 years reenters her life. There is no way of proofing he is the acual person 100% except with DNA. There are no pictures of his mom and him growing up. The CO can assume it is some person who looks similar on the passport. CO's are prepared for almost anything.

Like i said buck up everything from here is answering questions i dont belive anyone is telling you that he cant come or that you intentionally commited any fraud just that you will have some explaining to do. All you can say is the truth.

You will be fine. And i hope your child young man can learn to love you and except what happend in the past. Mom is only one.

Update after Legal advice:
Attorney mentioned, I can file I-130 along with an attendum explaining why I intentionally did not disclose him as my child, and showing that I provided no support for him during his life will help with that, but aside from that I can file Form I-130 if I am listed on his birth certificate. His age freezes the day I file for one year and all the process will be done by then and hoping he could have received an immigrant visa by then.

He also stated that he had represented much worse cases than this one and It was all turned out to be okay.

I will be sending out the package this week. Thank you all. Fingers crossed and leave the rest to the God.

I wouldn't do anything else with out a lawyer who is fully aware of immigration laws.

And this addendum he said you need may need legal references do you feel confident you can do that?

I would ask a few lawyers opinions as well not take the first answer....
