Hello,

I'm trying to follow the progress of my application and I have seen a lot of mention here about the 3 N/A's. People say that when the statuses change from paid to N/A then your application should be complete soon. However when I check the status of my application on the Department of State website there are no sections say "Paid" or otherwise, I've attached a screenshot of what I see. Most of the threads that mention this seem to be quite old so I wondered if maybe the site has changed and these 3 N/A's don't exist anymore? I'd really appreciate any insight, thank you.

The 3 N/A still exist. Take a look at this current forum. One person on this forum posted today a picture of his 3 n/a.

Thank you. How do I get to the page where I can see my N/A (or lack thereof)? I feel like I'm not checking in the right place or that I'm doing something wrong.

From this page (see screenshot), I click on DS-261? And I'm not going to mess anything up by logging into that? I've already paid the fees and submitted all my documents, I've yet to hear anything from the NVC. (My apologies for being a bit of a newbie, I appreciate all the help).

Okay, I managed to find it, it looks like this (see screenshot). So I have two of the N/A, but am waiting for the third. Does this give me any indication of what stage I'm at?

The NVC received my documents on the 3rd of May, does any of this information tell me whether they have scanned them?

Also, I don't have the "Choice of Address & Agent (DS-261)" section, does this indicate anything?

Yes, we are using a lawyer.

I think that's why the choice of agent section is not there. I believe your lawyer is automatically the agent. I'm not 100% certain but that's what I've seen in a number of cases.
