Called USCIS this morning because of the message sent. They told me my interview letter went out on Saturday. All I can say is let it not be on January 3 rd. I have surgery booked.

My husband has his appointment January 18th, 2017 and was wondering about the documents he has to take like marriage certificate and my passport. Can anyone tell me if they took original marriage certificate or copy. Any tips about the interview? Thank you and congrats to all that passed and good luck to all interviews coming up.

I am still not clear with how VJ comes up with current processing times. It says USCIS is currently processing July 2nd for N-400. Whereas, majority of june filers are still waiting and even some May folks too........ This is confusing to me

I'm an IOE filer as well, and I didn't receive any intermediate notification between biometrics and the interview. My status went straight to "Interview scheduled" in mid-October.

Finally, my status changed to interview was scheduled today form biometrics was scheduled. It almost took 5 months since I have done with biometrics. To all LA IOE filers, it takes long time but we will get there eventually. Now I am just gonna sit tight and wait for my interview letter to be uploaded.

In my case it took 12 days for the oath ceremony letter to appear on ELIS.

Interview on Dec 8, oath was mailed on Dec 16, oath letter appeared on ELIS on Dec 20, Oath ceremony on Jan 13, 2017
