I think it's time. Not a moment to apologize but recognize the tremendous incident for what it was. A very difficult decision but one that likely saved millions of lives, both Allied and Japanese.

Obama already visited there back in 2009. It's not really within walking distance of Hiroshima, not even motorcade distance, so you are probably spot on.
