Wow I just finished reading where someone else considered sending the B's birth certificate and eveyone said, not needed....I guess you never know.

3-06-07 NOA on I-129

3-12-07 Touched (I think)

6-8-07 Touched appropriately!

If you have a copy of the BC, it won't hurt if you'll send it. Just make sure that it's translated in English because even if you did include a copy of the BC but in foreign language, the chance of getting RFE is still very likely...

Diana, I hope the rage in your veins has worn out... Kindly tell, Yohn to send back whatever they're asking for you to receive the NOA2 right away.

I'm sorry Diana...Really...i'm waiting for NOA2 right now and have a funny feeling they are going to ask for an RFE as well ...Honestly....i've prepared myself for everything :(. But hey, as my future mom-in-law likes to say....good things take time :) Just slam them with evidence and they are not going to have a choice hehe :) they will have to look at a photo album :)

We gathered everything last weekend and we sent it off saturday. But since we couldn't do it before 9am, the overnight will be today, so they will receive it tomorrow!

Did I just make sense??...lol

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

we send my translated birth certificate plus an affidavit of being single from both of us with our k1 petition....

WHY? because we downloaded a k1 guide from online for about $50 and it told us tosend it in....

Ah now I see the mix up, They think HE is the German! That’s why they want your German birth record in English. Seriously though I've never heard of them asking for the beneficiary’s birth certificate in the K1 petition. Its normally asked for at the interview.

right now the batterys are still fine.....I think, that they will last until the end of this week and then they will be down...lol

so just cross your fingers that I don't need to ask for yours :P

It is unbelieveable you waited all this time for the RFE ! I am sorry for this, indeed. I wish you a quick approval once you shove the ' evidence ' under their noses. You must have had the same smarmy slimeball who pilfered through our petition last year at the all - caring and compassionate CSC !

Hopefully, they will get you approved pronto !

Sorry to hear about the RFE! Hang in there, this time they will get it right!

March 15, 2007 - I-129F Sent

March 20, 2007 - NOA1 Received

March 23, 2007 - Touched, April 4, 2007 - Touched , April 5, 2007 - Touched

April 18, 2007 - RFE Email received (waiting for snailmail to see what it is they need)

April 23, 2007 - Received RFE in the mail, mailed out RFE to USCIS using express mail, will get there tomorrow (come on NOA2!)

April 25, 2007 - USCIS Received my RFE info and case has resumed processing

April 26, 2007 - Touched, April 27, 2007 - Touched, April 28, 2007 - TOUCHED AGAIN!

May 10, 2007 - NOA2 Email notification (It took 56 days)

May 16, 2007 - Received NOA2 Notice in snail mail

May 18, 2007 - Received Letter from NVC that they are sending our packet to Juarez Consulate this week

May 26, 2007 - Received Fiance Packet!!!!!!

June 5, 2007 - Medical

June 6, 2007 - Interview at Juarez - Visa Denied (Fiance admitted to smoking marijuana cigarette 6 months before the interview, labeled a 'DRUG ADDICT")

November 18, 2009: I sent an inquiry thru the Juarez website asking about our upcoming end to our ban, what to do etc.

December 14, 2009 - Received a reply from the consulate saying that they will forward a request to the immigration department to request a new appt

December 16, 2009 - Received an email from the consulate saying they are ready for my fiance to come for an open appt anytime

February 2, 2010 - Medical - Trip back to Psych far away in dirty office

February 3, 2010 - Pick up Medical Results

February 4, 2010 - Interview, given form 221(g) "Admin Review" and to come back in 6 months for another medical examination. #######.
